What are Digital Photo Cards?
Digital photo cards are created using a special process that allows us to print your photograph on the actual photo card, along with the photo card design and your personalized text or greeting. Traditionally, you would attach your own photograph to the card after it is delivered. With a digital card, the photo and the card are one--they are delivered to you complete and ready to mail.

Digital photo cards are a perfect choice for holiday greetings, birth announcements, graduations or other special occasions.

Which Photo Cards are Available as Digital Photo Cards?
All our photo cards are available as both digital photo cards (photo printed on the card) and traditional photo cards (where you attach your photo). You can choose any of our beautiful photo card designs and order it as a digital card or traditional card.

How Do I Get My Photograph To You?
We accept digital photographs in JPG and TIF formats, which can be emailed to us for processing. Our photo email address is images@printswell.com. Be sure to include your name, the name of your Sweet Pea Designs dealer (if applicable) and an order number if you have one, to help us match your photograph to your order.

Are There Any Guidelines for Digital Photographs?
For best results, we recommend a JPG or TIF photograph that is at least 1800 x 1200 pixels, or 6 x 4 inches at 300dpi resolution. If your digital camera is a "6 megapixel" camera or higher, and your photos are taken at the highest resolution, your pictures will likely be the perfect format for a digital photo card.

If you don't know your "TIF" from your "JPG", don't worry. When we receive your photograph, our photo experts will contact you (or your Sweet Pea Dealer, if applicable) if the resolution of your photograph is too low. This is the most common issue we find with digital photos, and it can affect the quality of your finished photo card. Our desire is always to make your photocard look its very best.

Do You Adjust My Digital Photo?
All digital photos are adjusted by our photo experts for color, sharpness, clarity, lighting and vitality. We also correct common issues like red-eye, where possible. This ensures the best possible presentation of your photograph on your photo card. These adjustments use sophisticated computer hardware and software that was not even available only a few years ago and is truly state-of-the-art. Many of our competitors do not adjust or correct photographs at all--this is just one of the ways Sweet Pea Designs gives you superior quality with our digital photo cards.

"Special effects", such as turning a color photo into a black and white or sepiatone, are also available at no additional charge.
